Check the league's rules first

Stock reversibles: fixed colors and numbers, flexible rosters
The stock option is a reversible jersey with a black side and a white side and the number printed front and back on both sides. One jersey gives each player a light and a dark option, which solves the home and away problem without buying two sets.
- Men's 10-pack: numbers 0 to 9 in a fixed size mix of 2 Medium, 5 Large, 2 XL and 1 2XL.

Reorders and late additions
Rosters change. Someone moves, someone gets hurt, two friends join in week three. How each option handles that is often the deciding factor for a rec team.
- Stock, numbers only. Order one single in a free number and the player's size. Nothing about the set changes, and the new jersey matches the old ones.
- Custom, team name and logo only. No minimum means one more jersey can be ordered later, but allow the same roughly 2-week lead time, and the newcomer plays the first games in something else.
- Custom with player names. Every jersey is tied to one person. A departing player's jersey cannot be handed to a newcomer without a visible wrong name, so each roster change is a new custom order.

Sample order brief and proof checklist

- Roster and sizes. One line per player: name, measured size from a jersey that fits, and preferred number. For stock, note which pack sizes are covered and which players need a single.
