Match both numbers to the charts below. The chart widths are flat garment widths, not body chest measurements, and age labels are only a rough guide.
This guide covers PRO90 Elite men's and youth reversible basketball jerseys. It does not apply to NBA replica jerseys, women's jerseys, custom jerseys or other sports.

Youth listings in the store also carry age ranges, such as ages 5 to 8 on the Small pack and ages 12 to 16 on the Large-XL pack. These are general labels and they vary between listings. Use the measurements to decide.
Where these numbers come from
- Source. Every value is taken from the published PRO90 Elite youth and adult size chart. We report the chart; we did not physically measure or test jerseys for this article.
- Inches. The combined chart prints no unit. Its adult chest values match the PRO90 Elite men's fit guide, which marks them in inches, so the chart is presented in inches.
- Centimeters. Converted at 1 in = 2.54 cm and rounded to one decimal. They are conversions, not separately measured values.
- Adult body length. Comes from the combined chart. The men's fit guide lists chest widths only.
- Chart versus sizes sold. The published chart also prints adult 3XL and 4XL rows. They are left out here because the men's reversible jerseys are offered in S to 2XL. A size on the chart is not necessarily offered in every product or in stock, so check the current options on each product page.
How to measure a jersey flat
Use a jersey the player already owns and likes the fit of, ideally a sleeveless one.
- Lay it flat. Put the jersey on a table, back side up, and smooth it without stretching the fabric.
- Measure the chest. Run the tape straight across from side edge to side edge, one inch below the armhole.
- Measure the body length. On the back, measure from the high point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.
- Compare both numbers. Find the chart row closest to both measurements, not just one.
A flat width is half the garment, not a body size. Doubling it gives the jersey's circumference: an adult S at 20.5 in flat is 41 in around the garment. PRO90 Elite does not publish a body-chest-to-size chart, so we do not convert a chest measurement into a size here. If players will wear the jersey over a T-shirt, measure a jersey that fits well worn that way.
Between sizes: compare both dimensions
Within the adult chart, and within the youth chart, each step up adds 1 in of flat chest width and 1 in of body length.
Here is a worked example using chart arithmetic, not a measured customer. Say a player's reference jersey measures 21 in across and 28 in long. On chest it sits between S (20.5 in) and M (21.5 in). On length it matches M (28 in). An M would be half an inch wider with the same length; an S would be half an inch narrower and 1 in shorter. Looking at both columns shows the trade-off that one number hides.
The PRO90 Elite men's fit guide describes the jersey as a “relaxed, roomy cut” and adds: “Between sizes? Size down for a closer fit.” That is the brand's general guidance, not a guarantee of fit. For tall players, check the body length column against a jersey whose length they like instead of choosing by height. The fit guide's height and weight ranges are labelled as based on customer reviews, so treat them as background only.
Youth XL vs adult small
They are not the same size on the chart. Youth XL is 19.5 in wide by 24 in long. Adult S is 20.5 in wide by 27 in long. That makes adult S 1 in wider flat (41 in around the garment versus 39 in) and 3 in longer.
The bigger jump is in length. For a player moving out of youth XL, compare an adult S length of 27 in against a jersey they already wear. Size labels differ from brand to brand, so compare measurements, not labels.
Fit the whole roster
- Collect one chest width and one body length per player, each taken from a jersey that fits.
- Assign each player a chart size.
- Tally the sizes.
- Compare your tally to what each product contains.
- Men's 10-pack: numbered 0 to 9 in a fixed mix of 2 Medium, 5 Large, 2 XL and 1 2XL. It is not ten jerseys in one size and it has no Small.
- Youth 10-pack: numbered 0 to 9. The Large-XL option contains 5 Youth L and 5 Youth XL, and there is a Small option. Check the current options before ordering.
- Men's numbered singles: pick a number and a size. Availability varies by combination.
As an illustration, an adult roster that tallies 1 S, 2 M, 4 L, 2 XL and 1 2XL matches the men's 10-pack except for the Small: the pack leaves one spare Large, and the Small would come from singles.

FAQ
What age fits each youth size?
The store's age ranges are general labels and differ between listings. Players of the same age vary a lot, so measure a jersey that fits and use the youth chart.
Should I leave room to grow?
There is no fixed rule. Each youth size up adds 1 in of flat width and 1 in of length on the chart, so compare the next size's numbers with the player's current jersey and decide whether the extra room is acceptable now.
Can I change the size mix in a pack?
Pack mixes are fixed as listed. For a different mix, add singles to a pack or build the roster from singles, subject to what is available.
What if a size is wrong?
Under the PRO90 Elite refund policy, you have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return. The item must be in the condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, and you need proof of purchase. Request the return before sending anything back; items returned without a request are not accepted. For a different size, the policy says the fastest route is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order. Sale items and custom products cannot be returned. Compare each jersey with your measurements before anyone wears it or removes the tags, and read the full refund policy for all terms.
