Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method selected at checkout:
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
International Shipping:
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Occasionally, promotional free shipping may apply—details will be noted on the product page or during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their destination country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Pro90 Elite is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
